Taught by Mary Hogg
In these four week courses you will learn how to throw and trim your own forms on the potters wheel. Each course focuses on a different shape and is suitable for complete beginners or for those wishing to build on existing skills. You will be taken through every stage of making, from clay preparation, centring, forming and finishing. The classes have a maximum of 4 participants and you will be allocated your own wheel for the duration of the course allowing for focused time and plenty of one-to-one tuition.
£120 for four sessions includes tuition, materials, tools and equipment, two firings, and a choice of in house glazes.

Full demonstrations are given at the beginning and tuition and support is on hand throughout.
£30 for one session includes tuition, materials, tools, equipment and a bisque and glaze firing of your work. A transparent glaze will be put on your work after the session and your pieces will be ready to collect within 3-4 weeks of the session.
